Comfort and design come together at Frost & Fire where rooms have been thoughtfully appointed with an eye to Nordic design and the ability to enjoy the majestic views over the Varmá river, surrounding hot springs and Mount Reykjafjall in the distance. All rooms, for example, have a private entrance so guests can enjoy the outdoor spa facilities whenever they’d like, during opening hours.

All rooms are en suite and include satellite television, complimentary WiFi and access to the hotel’s leisure facilities. Breakfast is included in the room rate and so is access to our facilities.

Reception

The reception is open from 8am-22pm Mon-Fri and 9am-9pm Sat-Sun but there is always an on site staff member ready to assist you and make sure you have a pleasant stay. We can provide you with maps and other information on activities and attractions in the area.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for individual reservations

Frost and Fire hotel must be notified of cancellation in writing, no
later than three days before arrival date. Cancellations made less
than three days before arrival date will be charged 100% of the first night of
their reservation. If we are not notified of a cancellation in
writing, the reservation will be charged 100% of whole stay.

Cancellations for individual reservations
Frost and Fire hotel must be notified of cancellation in writing, no later than two days before arrival date. Cancellations made less than two days before arrival date will be charged 100% of the first night of their reservation. If we are not notified of a cancellation in writing, the reservation will be charged 100% of whole stay.

‍Group cancellations (10-22 rooms)
Frost and Fire hotel must be notified of group cancellations in writing no later than 12 weeks before arrival date.
Cancellations made less than 12 weeks before arrival date will be charged 50% of their reservation.
Cancellations made less than 8 weeks before arrival date will be charged 100% of their reservation.

‍Group cancellations (5-10 rooms)
Frost and Fire hotel must be notified of group cancellations in writing no later than 8 weeks before arrival date.
Cancellations made less than 8 weeks before arrival date will be charged 50% of their reservation.
Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before arrival date will be charged 100% of their reservation.

‍Cancellations of rooms within a group reservation
Frost and Fire hotel must be notified of cancellations of rooms within a confirmed group in writing no later than 4 weeks before arrival date.
Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the group's arrival date will be charged 50% of the guests' booking.

‍All cancellations must be in writing.
