The dining room serves meals from quality ingredients, offering a small but high-standard menu selection and wine list, breakfast, dinner and packed lunches.
Wine is served with meals and cognac/liqueur with coffee. Quality ingredients are selected for the meals: saltfish steak, locally farmed trout and choice fillet of lamb.
Besides the main course, soup of the day is served with home-baked bread, and coffee and/or dessert. Egils gold beer, Grolsch beer and soft drinks are also served. Guests can order packed lunches the evening before going on their excursions or walks. |
